Your kitties will love the variety of perching platforms, cat trees, and hammocks accessible in each unit, and for an extra engaging and memorable stay, book discounted Daycare play times for active and playful guests! All kitties will receive an “Order of Fries” (Nail Trim) upon arrival, and while your cat stays with us, you can also “order” a discounted “Drink” (shave, partial or full), “Pizza” (bath), or any other grooming combo.
All boarders will be provided with their own litter box, a scoop that will not be used with any other cats during their stay, a fountain to encourage drinking in addition to a regular standing water bowl, and a cat tree and/or elevated platforms.
We recommend all guests bring their own food, as abrupt changes in diet can be difficult for cats, and we ask that clients bring printed or email clear instructions for feeding schedules and medication, though all of that should also be reviewed at check-in.
Anxious guests should also bring with them a worn shirt or regular blanket that will have their and your smells on them to remind them of home and keep them comfortable. We will attempt to return all belongings at the end of the stay, but things do get lost or damaged, so do not bring anything irreplaceable unless the cat has special needs, which will be reviewed at check-in as well.
All cats must either be current in and have proof of their Rabies Vaccination (as required by law) and their FVRCP vaccine, or a doctor’s note from their veterinarian exempting them, and cats with access to the outdoors must also have their FeLV vaccine. Cats with Feline Leukemia will not be admitted, and cats with FIV can stay for an additional cost away from other cats.
All cats over the age of four months should be spayed or neutered unless otherwise specified by their veterinarian. Also, please inform us if your cat has any special conditions or accommodations that need to be made, such as trouble with the litter box or PICA so that we can ensure the safety of your Neat Cat and prevent damage to equipment or the facility.
All “Lock-In” (Boarding) reservations will require a deposit equal to one night’s stay to be made at the time of booking, which will be returned in the event of a cancellation made within 48 hours from the start of the stay or sooner, or seven days or sooner for holiday season reservations. A further deposit equal to half of the cost of the stay (including the first night deposit) will be made at check-in. If for any reason the stay is interrupted, such as an emergency that causes the pet to need to finish their boarding at a vet’s office, 2/3rds of the remaining days on the deposit will be refunded.
Reservations made over holiday seasons will always be charged for at least four days, as short visits may interfere with the possibility of other guests using the space for a longer period.
Please arrive with enough time to review contact information, feeding and medication schedules, and for us to do a routine check on your kitty for fleas or signs of illness, which will now be required at every drop off to ensure the health and safety of your kitty and other guests. Any cats found with fleas will receive one “Pizza with Jalapeños” (Flea Bath), “The Pepper Challenge” (Capstar), and be kept overnight in quarantine at the Owner’s expense, or the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited. Cats with previously undiscovered or undeclared and treated ringworm will also be turned away with the deposit forfeited. Special accommodations can be made for declared ringworm cases that are currently undergoing treatment for an additional cost.
Pick-Ups made later that 5pm will be charged $1/minute more until Check-Out up to $60 unless already arranged prior to the Pick-Up, and after this point another night will be charged in addition to this and the Cat(s) may not be picked up until the next day. This time is extended an hour to Neat Cat Members as long as we receive prior notification and you receive approval.

Long and tall, and including one, medium, two platformed cat tree. This space is ideal for one Neat Cat that likes to go up, but also pace back and forth, or two friendly cats, especially if they will be getting some Playtime.
These long kennels are oriented horizontally and feature several perching platforms and space to pace. These can house two Neat Cats comfortably, and three that get along well and will be spending time in the Daycare room.
This very spacious kennel includes one, large, multi-platformed cat tree and comfortably fits three Neat Cats, or four that get along reasonably comfortably. Cats easily have room to spread out and move around in this space. It is ideal for one or two cats that may not appreciate the excitement of the Daycare, but would still like to be active as well.
In addition to being spacious and including large, multi-platformed cat trees, these kennels include several perching platforms at various heights and lengths to encourage activity and exploration. They easily house three Neat Cats and four would still be pretty comfortable. These are another pair that would also be good for one or two more sedentary or shy cats as well.
